It is always a special day when you get to be a part of your childhood friend’s wedding day. Jacqui and Grace have been friends since they were 2 years old. It is quite literally a lifetime friendship. They have experienced school, speech and debate, birthday parties, sleepovers, long coffee shop talks, and a lot of traveling together.
So when Jacqui called and asked us to be her and Carson’s wedding photographers we said 100%, absolutely, we will be there!! As Jacqui was walking down the aisle, during their vows, when they had the parent’s first dances and other sweet moments, I had to keep myself together and not cry. I have so much joy and love for this sweet woman. She has found the man of her dreams and we got to capture the most important day of their life!
The day was full of so much joy. From getting ready at home to the precious morning ceremony and the brunch reception at Dos Palmos, it was constant energy. Each and every moment was celebrated. Which is exactly what a wedding day should be. Celebration, joy, energy and excitement!!
