Between 1-3 weeks after your baby is born seems to be the best time. Newborns tend to be less fussy and sleep more in those first few weeks which we like to take advantage of. That fresh baby look is perfect between those weeks.

We take all the time we need with newborn sessions. If the baby needs to feed, if you need to change a diaper, if the toddler needs a snack, we just pause photos and do what needs to be done. This is typically why we set a part an hour and a half to two hours for our session.
