One of our absolute favorite things to do as a couple is meet new people. Anywhere we go we are always meeting new friends. It’s one of our favorite parts of our job! But we didn’t meet Caroline and Sam necessarily because of our job.
For Nate’s, birthday we went to a standing concert in Dallas for LANY. One of Nate’s absolute favorite artists. It had been a while since LANY had toured so it was extra special that he was in Dallas on Nate’s birthday. We made it a whole weekend getaway and it was an absolute blast. Well, during the intermission we knew we weren’t just going to sit and talk to ourselves so who did we end up chatting with? Caroling and Sam! We talked about Sam’s particular love for LANY as well and then found out they were expecting their first baby in August. We got to know them a little bit and walked out to our cars together when the concert was over, still chatting away.
We had planned on getting together again if we could and exchanged numbers. Caroline then reached out for maternity and newborn photos which we were so happy about! These two are absolute naturals in front of the camera. They fit perfectly together and braved the summer heat for these images. They turned out, absolutely beautiful! Oakmont Park is always a good summer park to go to.
So here is to meeting new people and new friends!! Always be willing to get to know the people around you because there are some pretty awesome people out there.
